1Introduction & General Information

Zbaj (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the zbaj website and all its services. By creating an account or using any service on zbaj, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions were written with Bangladeshi users in mind. 2Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on zbaj, the following conditions must be met:

• All details provided at registration — including your name, phone number, and date of birth — must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
• Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same phone number, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You must create an account for your own personal use only — managing an account on behalf of another person or a third party is not permitted.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. zbaj is not liable for any consequences resulting from sharing your login credentials with others.

Zbaj may request identity verification documents at any time. If verification is not completed, zbaj reserves the right to place a hold on deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses.

3Deposit & Payment Methods

Zbaj currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The rules for deposits are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Depositing using another person's mobile banking account is strictly prohibited and may result in the transaction being voided.
• Your zbaj account balance will be credited within five minutes of a successful deposit. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Zbaj is not responsible for failed deposits caused by your bank or mobile operator.

Zbaj does not charge any hidden deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own service charges, which are entirely subject to their own policies.

4Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from zbaj:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number registered to your account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until identity verification is completed.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirements of that specific bonus.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, zbaj may delay a withdrawal pending additional verification.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Zbaj regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules are:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses — typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per person, household, address, or device.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it will be converted to real balance only after the wagering conditions are fulfilled.
• Zbaj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Before claiming any welcome bonus, reload bonus, free spins, or special offer, please read the specific terms listed on that offer's page carefully. In case of any ambiguity, zbaj's interpretation shall be considered final.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming on zbaj:

• Every bet is considered final once confirmed. If a bet is cancelled due to a connection issue, the amount will be automatically returned to your balance.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of any game, zbaj reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.
• For Sports Betting, stakes will be refunded if an event is cancelled. For events that are interrupted mid-way, the official result at that point will be considered final.
• Any involvement in match fixing or result manipulation of any kind will result in account termination and legal action.
• Live Casino game outcomes are determined by Evolution and Pragmatic Play's certified RNG systems — zbaj has no involvement in the process.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zbaj and will result in serious action if violated:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting unauthorized access to zbaj's software or systems.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Assisting minors in creating an account.
• Using zbaj services in violation of any applicable law.

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Any real funds in your balance at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance will be forfeited.

11Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact the zbaj support team first. We generally aim to resolve issues within 48 hours.

• To file a complaint about a game outcome, please provide the date, time, and game ID of the round in question.
• For transaction-related complaints, please provide your transaction number and a screenshot.
• In any dispute, zbaj's final decision shall be binding.

12Terms Changes & Updates

Zbaj reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• The date of the update will be noted at the top of the page.
• For significant changes, a notice may be sent to your registered number or displayed on the Platform.
• Continued use of zbaj after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
